Pratical Information
Parking
There is a parking area on the northern grounds of the fort, about 100 meters from the entrance/ticket purchase/check-in for the event. Access is via Understedvej 21 (signposted Bangsbo Fort).
It is not permitted to use the entrance via Understedvej 27.
Check-in
Check-in takes place at the entrance to the event. Tickets can also be purchased at the same location.
At the entrance, tickets purchased online will be checked, and tickets can be bought on-site.
We accept MobilePay and cash payments for tickets at the entrance.
Sale of Sausages, etc
At the museum shop, sausages and draft beer are available for purchase.
The shop also sells bottled water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, ice cream, and more.
Miscellaneous
- When visiting the bunkers, please be aware of uneven steps, high door thresholds, and low doorways. Not all areas are suitable for those with mobility issues.
- The event also takes place outdoors. So, check the weather forecast and bring clothing and footwear suitable for the weather.
- Photography is allowed.
- Guests wearing civilian clothing typical of the 1940s are welcome at Bangsbo Fort 4045.
- Bringing dogs is not recommended due to loud noises from gunfire, explosions, and bangs.
- Toilets are centrally located within the event area.
